Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Took the deck to diamand 3 before the disaster (aka Tenpai). Added the "Windwitch" engine for an extra negate/semi-tower, and it doesnt take the normal summon. And let the magic happen (it took me 50+ REAL HOURS to get to master, and yes i play a lot xD)

Why play this deck to Master ? And should you ?

I like this deck, and i wanted to prove that it's still relevant. And for your own sake, play it if you want but not higher that diamant 5 (save your soul).

Tech discussion

Plan is simply to survive until turn 3, so D.Barrier to slow opponent and Spoly to interrupt them at the perfect time (if you miss you are mostly dead). This is more enjoyable that the stun version, however u can swap Spoly by D.Fissure or AntiSpell. For the ED pretty much add what you want, feel free to experiment ! You need the 4 synchro and 4 link 3, everything else is open for discussion.

Tips with the Windwitch engine

If you have Ice in hand, use her FIRST, because the Snow Canvas prevent Glass from adding Snow Bell, and you are stuck with a lvl 7 synchro (good but not optimal at all)

Small World extra lines :

  • Veiler -> Ash = Ice, Cloud, Thunder
  • Veiler -> Thunder = Ice (and reverse)
  • Veiler -> Snow = Ice (and reverse)
  • Veiler -> Ogre = Ice (and reverse)
  • Ice Bell -> Droll = Ice, Thunder
  • Ice Bell -> Veiler = Snow
  • Ghost Ogre -> Veiller = Ice
  • Ghost Ogre -> Ash = Ice, Cloud
  • Ghost Ogre -> Droll = Cloud
  • Ghost Ogre -> Snow = Ice
  • Ash -> Veiler = Ice
  • Ash -> Ogre = Cloud, Ice
  • Sun -> x Painter = Ice

Personnal thought on the deck

Was joking on the WindWith discord channel when i got this illumination, tried it and it was better than expected ! So i tried to perfect it, and come to master with this list (still think we can ajust some ratio, but imma stop here for now, i need a lot of rest)
