Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Hello, QuarkStorm here! Back again with a modified Yubel Labrynth list for the 34th Season of Master Duel. Below some of my insights about the decklist, not the full degree of it though:

About Kashtira Engine and Metaverse

This time, I let the Bystials down for a 5 cards Kashtira engine. While the engine itself is less impactful going 2nd - as you cannot go on par with your opponent on their turn - It remedies in giving you a lot of baiting going 1st. We are in a Tenpai meta and going 1st happens a lot. For sure, one must expect they will negate Wraitsoth but that is to be expected. The Kashtira engine accomplish the goal of deviating our opponent's attention and will either forcefully bait their handtraps or punish them later on. It is also part of the reasons why this decklist opts to play 2 copies of Metaverse: Adding what we need to our hand in their End Phase is the most optimal play as we could trigger Lady's effect to set something as well, giving us enough boardbuilding to start our turn. As a 1 of, Necrovalley is there to be the defensive option in case we have both the Kashtira engine out and the Yubel - parts of it - as well. Necrovalley can shut down the majority of strategies on its own, proving to be an option of great magnitude when the time comes to strike them with it.

About the Yubel Engine

I went with an additional Spirit of Yubel and 1 copy of Yubel - Terror Incarnate. My main gameplan was to optimize my board and, with these 2 additions, I feel the strategy can push ahead a lot more. It's heavily sturdy in recursion and lets us use other targets than Phantom of Yubel to go into the Unchained route or to bring out Apollousa. It also lets Nightmare Throne be super useful in conjonction with a Quick Effect Sharvara on their turn targetting any Lv.10 Yubel monster; in theory, it can bring both Yubel and Terror Incarnate on their turn to make them go into Battle Phase when Nightmare Pain is on the field. The rest of the engine is the same as last season and still does a beautiful job.

Replays
