Notes & Combos

Ran into this idea on the ladder. Someone was playing Paleo with Gale Dogra to dump Kitkallos which I thought was insane, but fun. Thrust to grab Grass or Reasoning if they Ash your first Spell. Usually activating Grass or Reasoning successfully is game so why not have a backup.

Chain Hole is a really neat idea I got from Hardleg. Punishes your opponent for trying to chain block your Paleos or negate your stuff, making it good against Voiceless or Centur-Ion which are your toughest opponents.

Speaking of, that's what Lava Golem is for. Annoying negates? Lava Golem and then you're free to play, and it doesn't get in the way of Reasoning.

I'm only playing 1 Morganite because I HATE drawing more Morganites after activating it. The amount of times I draw two Morganite for a turn is ridiculous.

Maxx "C" helps you play second which of course is really hard for any trap deck and it might let you draw into Morganite. I don't consider it a brick if you use Morganite either. It's still a level 2 body for any Paleo Xyz.

I'm only playing 1 Back Jack which looks insane because milling multiple in grave sucks. Drawing it and dumping it early makes it susceptible to CBTG and Bystials. Centur-Ion is one of the hardest match-ups for this deck so I'd rather not give them a free body. Really bad against any monster negates like Airvata, Yubel, Apo. Still, it's a really powerful card that can sack games if timed properly.

The main reason I'm playing Eradicator is because I pulled a royal so long ago and I wanted to make use of it. It's an incredibly sacky card that can win you games against Horus or Yubel. Best used as way to remove your opponent's Continuous Spells but seeing their hand is a bonus.

That should be it for any out-of-the-norm Paleo cards. Lemme know if you guys have any questions about the cards I played or any comments!! I'm never satisfied with the ratios, that's something I'm always tinkering with.
