Notes & Combos
This deck isn't particulary good but it's probably one of the better ways to get the Exodia title.
Basic combo consists of NS Light or Past + Calling summoning the other one. Past eff banish Light -> Light eff summon Water -> Draw 2 -> Stardust Charge. Vision is basicly just 3 extra copies for that 2 card combo as it searches any of the other Fortune Lady cards. Your gameplan after that is to loop your Synchro back into the ED with De-Synchro to draw 2 via Water every time + generic draw spells.
Magical Stone Excav let's you dump the 2nd Water into the GY for Monster Reborn while also giving you a copy of any spell (usually De-Synchro) back. More than 1 felt incredibly bricky though. More than 2 Water also seemed suboptimal due to only ever being able to loop 2 anyway.
IOC + Souls not only works as Fodder for Allure in a pinch, Souls + Past + Water after the first De-Synchro also makes Moonflowerviewing wich is a non OPT draw 1. Add to that how you can use Chicken Game + Vision on field for another Draw 2 that doesn't affect your number of cards in hand for Mallet and it's easy to see why it's a must include.
The must haves for the ED are:
Charge Warrior (Past + Water w/ Past eff)
Moonflowerviewing (Past + Water + Souls)
Crocodragon (Past + Water + Water)
Any Lvl 5 (Past + Water w/ no Past eff)
Anything else is largely optional. Chaos Ruler won me like 2 games where the last Exodia piece was in the bottom 5 cards. Pep won some games solo after Allure banished a Exodia piece and might honestly be the most worth plan b card due to people just not reading it. Formula, Tatsunoko, Pixie & Sigma also all came up once, but thats in like 50-100 games played so def not needed if you aren't trying to win 1% more.
