Go second, make an Assembled Nightingale with a bunch of materials, peck your opponent to death.

Alternatively, make a Recital Starling and use its effect to increase an opponent's monster's atk. Then make a slightly less big Nightingale, peck your opponent some more, then attack Starling into their biggest monster to finish them off with reflected damage. Your opponent still takes Starling's reflected damage even when you use Nightingale to stop yourself from taking any damage.

And if you can't quite get enough damage for an OTK, sitting on Nightengale and waiting until next turn frequently works well.

The Extra deck doesn't matter much. 1 Nightengale and 1 Starling are almost all you ever need. Though Thrush is occasionally useful if you need to clear a backrow, and Robin is okay if you're forced to go first.

I'd play a third Wagtail if I had one, but I didn't want to craft it. Swallow's Nest hasn't actually done anything for me yet, so I might cut it. Bird Strike has turned out to be really good against Ice Barrier and Speedroid, so I might add more of them. I'd play Mourner if I onwned any.
