Didn't want to craft any new cards, so I made use of what I had.
Extrav, board break. Reasoning and E-tele get you to Hu-Li, then XYZ climb for an OTK. Torpedo start is best, but sometimes you're forced to go Grampulse.
If your mills kill the XYZ climb, you can control with equips and traps. Bamboozling never came up, but it's another option.
Against water you can steal a monster for Eria then re-steal for Zealantis, which can shut off a lot of Ice Barrier's battle phase hate.
The rest of the extra deck is filler.
Get rid of Mourner if you have anything better. Rollback stuff would be amazing in this, but I'm not crafting it.
