Notes & Combos
The main objective is to first secure that you are safe to special summon speeder. To do that, you bait enemy negation/s by special summoning fire, geek boy and activating first appearance. By then, you will know if they have a hand trap they are keeping.
This deck heavily relies on sauravis to protect speeder. That is why there are 2 sauravis and 3 preparation of rites. You can also go herald first using geek boy and jet. Then special summon jet from GY and SS speeder using fire and jet.
You can also go baronne and yazi if you have access to a ritual monster, libromancer fire and stardust synchron. Here is the line: (SS as in special summon) SS fire, activate effect and take geek boy SS geek boy, activate effect and activate first appearance. Take agent and SS it. Normal summon stardust and SS baronne using agent and stardust. Activate stardust effect from GY and use fire as tribute material. SS yazi using geek boy + stardust. From here you can go speeder using accel.
You can also use mare mare (to SS speeder) if you unfortunately have it in your starting hand. As long as you have access to a ritual monster and libromancer fire or geek boy.
Please watch the 2 youtube replays to see main line combo of the deck and how it does in an actual battle.
P.S. if you know a bit about synchron lines, you will see many parts where the combo can be different. That is what I love about this deck. It can go in many ways.
You can special summon crystal wing and/or herald depending on how you started and the cards you drew from librarian effect. I usually activate jet effect to take junk synchron. Then I normal summon junk and fetch a level 1 tuner. Emergency teleport + lvl 1 tuner = herald. Junk + librarian = crystal wing.
Shooting riser dragon is used as a last resord to bring out crystal wing dragon.
I use agent to recycle the trap card if the duel turned into a grind game.
The deck consistently brings out 5 to 6 negates.
For the hand traps, it is advisable to take veiler over ash as it can be used to summon speeder and evenly instead of kaiju if you are in a lower level. This is because you will be facing more dark magician and other floodgate decks. Mid level veiler is still okay. I only play ash in higher levels because of maxx c and ghoti fish.
