Notes & Combos

Very similar to the decklist I used to climb to Master I last season, only some small changes.

  • I added a second Visas because it adds a small bit of grindgame and because having him in hand helps you play around Light-Heart getting handtrapped, it also lets you end on your best boards if you hard draw him or Reichheart.

  • Shenshen joins the extra deck. a great Synchro to summon with Visas and level 3 Scareclaw. With the second Visas you have more chances to use Synchros, also the GY lockdown is very good against FK and it is one of the worst match ups of the deck so it is nice to have it, also bcs the different handtraps and attributes/types of the monsters in the Extra and Main deck you can bring it back without problems.

  • The third Light-Heart and Tri-Heart have saved my life more than ever, sometimes you just the extra Light-Hearts for the next turns if the first one got negated and destroyed, also it helps you put in the GY Reichheart or Visas and that can help in some situations.

  • Even though this is not the Adventure version of the deck Link Spider helps. it lets you go into Tri-Heart or S:P after getting Nib.

Aussa didn't really shine, I think she could be swapped by Accescode to help close games if the main gameplan isn't available (no level 3 Scareclaws in GY or something similar)

I have also played with the Adventure Engine at the beggining and it worked really wel but I hard drew Dracoback and Fateful again and again so I decided to go the heavy handtrap package route instead.

Ask any question you may have about the decklist!

I haven't saved good replays in my climb but I will try to post the better ones of D.LV 19 that I have available.
