Notes & Combos
So, basic Swordsoul gameplay here. The list has nothing special. It can go 1st or 2nd, but we enjoy a lot more going 1st and setting interaction or turboing Protos, depending on the situation.
Destrudo is there to facilitate Psychic End finishing, which is my personal favourite anti Maxx "C" play if we open the level 7 dragon. Normal Mo Ye ideally, make the token, Destrudo target any lvl4 on field, go for Chixiao, search follow up + draw off of Mo Ye, then go for PEP. You should have 4k LP and have given your opponent 4 draws, BUT, if they don't have Goddess or any Kaijus at their disposal, taking out that PEP is a very hard task to make for them.
The only replaceable thing I feel is rn in the extra is Chaofeng. You should play most of your duels without making him live. Maybe Denglong can be a consideration for the cases they Imperm Mo Ye and you have Adhara access avaliable. But I feel it good as is.
Talents is the most flex slot in the main. Maybe Evenly can replace it? TTT has won me games on its own tho, and people don't respect it enough. They will, more than half of the time, Maxx "C" in main, making this card more alive than it should. Going 2nd you can steal problem monsters your opponent has, and hopefully synchro summon with them.

Those show how to play the deck to not lose to certain things while being vulnerable to other cards. That's the thing with Swordsoul, you can never play around everything your opponent may have, so you just gamble and play with the opponent's timings.
The replay vs Ecclesia, despite being the oldest and a Plat game, showcases the Destrudo to PEP under Maxx "C" thing. It's from July 3rd, so not too much ago.
