Featured Card would be Perfromapal Seal Eel for this deck.

• The Monster effect locks out a set card your opponent control if you normal or special summon him and the opponent can't chain any effects to that effect so if you hit the Big Welcome Labyrinth/Sulliek they can't chain it or use it for the rest of the turn.
• The Pendulum effect is a soft once per turn so if you place another copy of the card you can negate another monster on the field, and if you combo it with Astrogragh you can use the pendulum effect 3 times 1 turn by searching more copies of Seal Eel with Astrograph.
• I changed Curtain Raizor for the 3 Vaylants field spells because you can combo them with Seal Eel, allowing you to use Seal Eels pendulum effect to negate a face up monster effects for the rest of the turn and then special summon the Seal with Vaylantz World-Shinra Bansho to activate his moster effect to lock out a set spell/trap on the field.
• You can search Performapal Seal Eel with Performapal Skullcrobat Joker or Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer if you need it.
• You can even use Luster dragon to destroy and search another Seal Eel after using his pendulum effect to be able to use the effect again by activating the new copy.

Apart from that, Red Reboot because I want to play and Dimensional Barrier should be banned. Tornado Dragon for floodgates. Suprime King Dragon Clear Wing for a Raigeki with legs.
