Notes & Combos
just a meme decklist i played in master 1 after someone showed me that penguin brave and beatrice can be used to guarantee tearlament plays LOL
disclaimer: this is NOT a good deck. this is a meme, and nothing more! you will BRICK alot.
the heart and soul of this deck is beatrice. first, synchro for penguin brave and summon squire facedown. then overlay brave + another level 6 for beatrice. send a tear with beatrice to the GY and fuse with squire for kitkallos! yay. either add reinoheart (if you have normal summon) or sulliek (if you don't) to hand.
if you can play reino, do it and send the other tear name to GY to make rulkallos. then synchro reino + level 6 tuner for baronne. then next turn, you can send a tear name with beatrice to make kaleido-heart and spin a card! if you add sulliek instead, go for tzolkin and set your sulliek for crystal wing. next turn, you can either send snow to GY or a tear name for rulkallos.
cicada king is in here because you will often have level 3 bodies left over, since this deck doesn't attempt to make rank 9s.
minimum board is chuche + beatrice to send another tear name or snow + your choice of sulliek & kitkallos or a rulkallos. if you have a decent hand, you can add a baronne, crystal wing, or cicada king to that end board.
if you're truly lucky, you can end on cicada king + either baronne or crystal wing + chuche + beatrice to send either another tear name or to send snow + either rulkallos or kitkallos & sulliek.
if you use prosperity, dump your stardust charge warrior, gaia, and vermillion (if you can't possibly salvage your hand with the vermillion) or kaleido-heart (if you can). remember that nyannyan can send facedown banished cards back to the deck!
if you open reino + a VW combo, always play reino first and let it eat a negate! don't be greedy. you can still set up tear stuff if reino gets ashed, but your board will suck if your only VW starter gets ashed.
possible swaps (not recommended due to brickiness): remove prosp and 3rd qinglong for 2 hand traps, i.e. imperm
Replays
i have replays of high level virtual world gameplay at 781-697-168 -- all of them showcase (formerly) competitive variants of the deck going second, playing through difficult situations.
