pure striker, in my unpopular opinion, has been incredibly fun and strong during tenpai format. Tenpai has been fun as well, however, the boards that people that aren't very good at the game sweat to make that aim to exclusively shut down tenpai while sacking everyone else makes it a frustrating experience. Nevermind tenpai dropping in usage to a degree and people are still rocking going first cards in decks that can't go second. 😴 However, playing striker i noticed that due to the tenpai hate hurting striker to a degree, maintaining control after clearing a board was too difficult to do as you didn't have enough cards in hand to deal with the recursion of a lot of the meta decks. Because of this i decided to pay the decks together. The idea is to break boards and draw into the tenpai cards while exhausting all interaction with the striker cards and extra deck, then go in to otk with tenpai

While some tenpai hate will hurt the non tenpai version of the deck, mainly the protos dropping in popularity, the genius "control" player flood gating themselves with the odd anti spell, or the terrible hero player risking outing their entire board giving you a free dark angel in a linkiriboh and sp format, the deck is built to be able to muscle past most things that would give either deck issues and otk in most situations where you aren't floodgated out the game.

Got to m3 with this on the third day of the season before getting tilted. I'm sure a player that's better than me (should not be hard to find) can easily get m1 with this list with minor tweaks depending on how they like playing. A flex spot would be the third super poly over dark hole

Usually only post marincess lists but a certain sky striker discord community thinks their builds are law even though they only copy the decks used by content creators and can't even consistently reach m1 with them and felt that this site needed a breathe of fresh air. if anyone tries the list or their version of it, hope you had an much fun as i did playing it
