Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the browser console => Paste the export code there => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code and hit Enter
  4. Save the deck
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Knowing the new missions were going to drop today made a late climb with Drytron. Initially on a 40 card Amorphactor Pain build and while it was smoothe sailing up to level 17, afterwards it became a struggle against stronger and better built decks that could play through Pain so I switched to this for 5-6 negate combo wombo. Endboard is Perfection buffed by Idaten, UDF made from a Fafnir and Starling and either Beatrice or Lars (buffed up by Starling) depending on how good the opening hand was. The buffs are mainly to stop a TY-PHON just running over the monsters but prioritize protecting Perfectiion. If you ever run into Crooked Cook staller then Gaia Dragon and Downerd are your best friends.

Flex spots and recommended changes:

  • Manju - ran to help consistency but never summoned it as Choju was the combo's usual normal summon. Would replace it with a second Meteonis, DD Crow as a Starling search or some other non-engine
  • Red Reboot - was useful early in the climb against Lab, Stun and Purrely but towards the end I mostly faced Horus, Kash and Mikanko where it didn't do much. Would recommend swapping for some other non-engine: Droplet, Talents, Evenly, etc. depending on what your common match-ups are
  • Overall names ratio - I didn't do a precise calc on the ratios but playing it felt like I had hit a good number for a 50 card deck. Still might be possible to cut down on a few names without a major hit to consistency but when Drytron bricks it really bricks and I prefer to avoid that situation
