Not much to say about Kashtira in season 31 that hasn't already been said. With so many limits and semi-limits, the archetype's optimal plays are inconsistent and so a skilled player needs to create layered interaction (e.g. summoning additional monsters throughout the opponent's turn) in order to compete with less restricted Xyz decks like Purrely and Horus.
I am not one of those skilled players. But after enough games and a few lucky streaks, I did manage to find some ways to squeeze a few wins out of weak opening hands.
Big Eye and Dark Armed came up twice each, and Zeus only showed up after Big Eye stole an opponent's Xyz Monster. Otherwise it was just Shangri-Ira and Arise-Heart the whole way.
