Until DLv.19 I played two copies of 'Called By The Grave' instead of 'Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring' but since I haven't seen any decks with powerful graveyard cards in this event I replaced them with each other because 'Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring' can be used immediatly after the six free draws from 'Purrely Sleepy Memory'.

The deck basically only looses to going first players who have either 'There Can Be Only One' or 'Anti-Spell Fragrance' in their opening hand while the person who plays the Purrely deck doesn't have any removal cards available.

That's why I think backrow removal cards like 'Evenly Matched', 'Harpie's Feather Duster' and 'Kashtira Fenrir' are the only generic cards this deck really needs to fix the weaknesses of the Purrely archetype.

'Epurrely Noir' can also be summoned with two Kashtira monsters which helps at removing backrow before activating the Purrely cards.

I usually like to play 'Droll & Lock Bird' in all my decks but turning off a resolved 'MAXX 'C'' is not needed in Purrely and the decks in this event all end with very weak boards where most of them loose to a single resolved 'Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder' which doesn't require cards to stop them.
