Notes & Combos

What a miserable event. More than half of my matches were against Kashtira, and then against a lot of Lab and Stun. I didn't even got a single Purrely mirror.

Anyway this list is tailored to deal with the meta of the Xyz cup, and getting to DLv. Max was pretty easy with it:

• Less hand traps because stun and Lab mostly don't care about Veiler or Droll. Ogre was clutch against Numeron the two times I faced them.
• Gamma is insane against Kashtira. Just activate something to proc Ariseheart's effect, and bam Gamma it for 2 free bodies on the field.
• If you only have an Imperm without an Ash Blossom against Kash, it's safer to let them combo and imperm the Ariseheart or Shangri-Ira on your turn. It plays around them having the Theosis already in hand.
• HFD is mostly there to deal with Stun starts, but it remains very effective against Kash.
• Evenly is effective against all decks and doesn't proc the Horus' effects.
• Reboot also helped a lot considering all Lab and Stun players.
• If I had a second Epurrely Noir I would put it instead of Ensemblue (because of the Unicorn rip).
• Ty-phon is the most overrated card in recent history. It's never been decisive (for me or the opponent) in a single game I've played.
